- Want to add other products to your sales toolkit? Consider becoming a Postini reseller in addition to your Apps Reseller status.
Ways to get engaged with the Google Apps Ecosystem
- You and your team should follow the Google Apps Ecosystem buzz stream to keep up to date with Google Apps and related marketplace activity and to participate in the growing community conversation.
- Follow the various blogs and information streams noted on this page of the Reseller Resource Site.
Ways to get support:
- Visit the "Authorized Resellers" section of the Google Apps Help Center. We are constantly adding new Help Center Articles for top program and product questions.
- Using the Reseller Support Portal you can submit, update, and view cases on behalf of your customers and can view and manage cases directly submitted by your customers. You'll also be able to access it through the “Resources for resellers” section of your Reseller Tools
- You can also discuss questions through the solution provider discussion forum. Being active on the forum is also a great way to stay engaged with the IT Solution Provider community, many of who have developed expert product knowledge though active forum participation.
