Submit a support case to Google

As a Google Apps Authorized Reseller, your organization has an account on the Reseller Support Portal where you can submit, update, and view the status of your support cases and your customers support cases.

Sign in below to your reseller console to access the support portal.  It will forward you to your Reseller Tools support tab.  From there you'll find a link to the Reseller Support Portal in the “Resources for resellers” section, as pictured below.

Enter your reseller domain name and click Go to proceed:


To help speed up the resolution of your issue, provide support with the relevant troubleshooting information when you submit a support case.






Running into an error?
If the above form brings you to an error page you may have one of the following problems:
1. "Reseller Console is only available to prepaid resellers right now" means your domain is not authorized for reselling Google Apps.  You'll need to complete the enrollment process.
2. "Sorry, you've reached a login page for a domain that isn't using Google Apps" means your domain is not associated with a Google Apps account.  You must sign up for Google Apps.
